Located in Scripps Ranch. They have multiple types of hard cider and cider slushies! New flavors on a regular basis and they have flights.. my favorite!
THE WINE BAR
Located in UTC Westfield and connected with The Winery restaurant next door. You can order food from the restaurant, but it's a more laid-back vibe at the bar, with fire pits and large sofas. They have rosé on tap which is a plus!

GRAZE BY SAM
Located in Little Italy, this spot is great for wine or cocktails and bites. They have options like charcuterie boards and flatbreads. When I went, I had the Aperol Spritz and the butter sautéed glazed donut (A MUST)

Located in Hillcrest with a unique cocktail selection. Offers a variety of craft alcohol in a a bunch of flavors - my favorite was the pineapple margarita.
The Nolen is the best spot for a great drink and an even better view. I absolutely love coming here on a warm day to look out on this beautiful city!
Located at Liberty Station inside the Public Market and it's a great place for drinks! It's a casual spot with a wide array of cocktails to choose from! It's also a great place to enjoy food purchased from the vendors in the Public Market!
Located Downtown. I came here specifically for the frosé and it did not disappoint. Scout tip: Order it 'bad ass style' to get the fun sprinkles and posicle on top (as well as a huge glass)
YOU & YOURS
Located Downtown, in East Village and their tasting room is absolutely beautiful. They have a full menu of handcrafted cocktails and they even offer flights as a way to try their unique spirits! You can also purchase canned cocktails to enjoy at home.
THE GRASS SKIRT
Located in Pacific Beach, this is a super fun tiki speakeasy. The decor is amazing and there's fun music and themes when people order specific drinks. One of the coolest parts of my visit was meeting Nick Ivory - he's a magician/mentalist who works at the Grass Skirt on Fridays from 5:30-7:30. His performance was incredible, I was completely stunned at the things he was able to do! He works at other venues in town too, so check out his website here to see where he's at!
Located in University Heights. A simple bar with a variety of drinks and food. The decor is simple but interesting, complete with a funky jukebox.
PB SHORE CLUB
Located in Pacific Beach, right on the beach. A fun outdoor area and best known for their red bull slushies! The perfect spot for day drinking in the Summer.

Located in Gaslamp. Anyone who follows me knows I love a good neon sign (check) and good drinks (check).
Located in Mission Beach at Belmont Park. They serve food here too but I think it's perfect for cocktails on the beach. They also have live music sometimes and it's a perfect sunny day hangout.
